We are seeking a skilled Office Coordinator to provide administrative support to our team at Explorer Group Canada Ltd.

Key Responsibilities
  • Administrative Tasks: Determine and establish office procedures and routines, schedule and confirm appointments, and answer telephone calls and messages.
  • Documentation: Compile data, statistics, and other information, and type and proofread correspondence, forms, and other documents.
  • Inventory Management: Order office supplies and maintain inventory.
  • Customer Service: Greet people and direct them to contacts or service areas.

Our ideal candidate has experience with MS Excel and MS Office, and a strong understanding of business procedures.

The selected candidate will work 35 hours per week, with a permanent employment contract, and will be fluent in English.
