Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Financial Service Representative to join our team at Momentum Financial Services Group. As a key member of our retail banking team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and sales experiences to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver results on store profitability goals by effectively managing cash handling and sales transactions.
  • Provide a quality customer sales experience through efficient execution of all customer transactions, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
  • Determine customers' needs and provide them with solutions that satisfy those needs, driving sales growth and customer loyalty.
  • Handle cash and accurately enter transactions into the system, maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Contact customers over the phone with past due balances and negotiate payment terms and schedules, resolving issues in a timely and professional manner.
  • Complete all documentation accurately and efficiently, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
  • Follow safety, security, and compliance requirements, maintaining a safe and secure work environment.
Qualifications
  • Be sales driven and have a passion for customer service, with a minimum of one year of financial services and sales experience.
  • Have previous cash handling experience and a high school diploma or equivalent.
