As an Airport Operations Coordinator with Executive Aviation, you will be part of a team that provides exceptional ground service support to Canada's top airlines. Your role will involve ensuring seamless airport operations, adhering to Transport Canada regulations, and working collaboratively with our team to achieve excellent results.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Driving and operating ground service equipment safely and efficiently
  • Marshalling and wing-walking aircraft to the gate
  • Loading and unloading passenger baggage, adhering to load plans
  • Delivering baggage to the claim area and unloading onto the conveyor system
  • Providing aircraft services, including water and lavatory refills
  • Inspecting ramp areas for debris and maintaining a clean environment
  • Grooming aircraft, ensuring cabin cleanliness and restocking supplies
  • Performing other duties as assigned by the Ramp Lead

Qualifications:

  • Flexibility to work varied shifts, including early mornings, days, evenings, weekends, and holidays
  • Ability to stand, lift, bend, crouch, kneel, and push/pull for extended periods
  • Physical ability to consistently lift up to 70lbs/32kgs
  • Willingness to work outdoors in all weather conditions, wearing safety gear
  • Meet all conditions of employment, including a valid provincial driver's license and a clear driver abstract
