Production Manager

As a seasoned Production Manager at Reel FX Creative Studios, you will play a pivotal role in overseeing the day-to-day operations of our production crew. Reporting directly to the Producers and Production Manager, you will be responsible for managing departmental schedules, ensuring timely completion of tasks, and maintaining open communication with the team.
About the Role:
This position requires exceptional organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask effectively. You will work closely with department supervisors to prioritize tasks, manage deadlines, and troubleshoot issues that may arise. Your primary objective will be to ensure the successful completion of projects on time and within budget.
Main Responsibilities:
• Develop and maintain a comprehensive understanding of project requirements and timelines
• Collaborate with department heads to prioritize tasks and allocate resources
• Conduct daily check-ins to monitor progress, address concerns, and provide guidance as needed
• Communicate effectively with artists, producers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless project execution
• Provide regular status updates to senior management, highlighting successes, challenges, and areas for improvement
Qualifications and Experience:
We are seeking a highly organized and motivated individual with a strong background in production management. A bachelor's degree or equivalent experience is required, along with at least 3 years of experience in a similar role. Proficiency in MS Office suites, including Excel and Word, is essential. Knowledge of scheduling software and experience in traditional 2D and/or 3D animation production are significant advantages.
Estimated Salary Range:$85,000 - $110,000 per year based on industry standards and location considerations.
