Job Title: Medical Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Medical Administrative Assistant to join our team at Mountainview Medical Centre & Walk-In Clinic Inc.

Job Summary:

The Medical Administrative Assistant will provide administrative support to our medical staff, patients, and visitors. This includes scheduling appointments, managing medical records, and performing various administrative tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Schedule appointments and manage patient flow
  • Manage medical records and maintain confidentiality
  • Perform various administrative tasks, such as data entry and filing
  • Provide excellent customer service to patients and visitors
  • Assist with medical billing and insurance claims
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace
Requirements:
  • Post-secondary education in a related field
  • 1-2 years of experience in a medical administrative role
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and medical software
