About the Role
We are seeking a Tools Sales and Service Representative who can effectively promote, sell, and provide technical support for tool products in an assigned territory. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing sales opportunities for Sandvik's product lines within a defined territory. Your expertise will enable you to assess customers' total potential with SMR products, perform opportunity analysis by customer and site, and act as a key contact for accounts. You will collaborate with Product Line Managers to address product offering, develop a sales plan for designated territory, and maintain accurate customer records. Your duties will also include assisting in physical inventory counts when required, ensuring customers comply with SMR terms and conditions of sale, and building long-term relationships with customers in assigned territory. Furthermore, you will provide regular status reports on business activities and contribute to cross-functional teams to achieve sales goals and drive business growth.

As a successful candidate, you will have a solid understanding of the mining industry, specifically rock tools, and at least 5 years of experience in sales or a related field. A technical degree (or two-year college diploma) and proficiency in both English and French are considered assets. Strong analytical and data analysis skills, as well as excellent written and verbal communication skills, are essential for success in this role.
