About the Role

This permanent opportunity offers 40 hours of work per week, with a focus on providing exceptional guest experiences. As a Housekeeper, you will be responsible for maintaining the cleanliness and organization of hotel rooms, common areas, and other facilities.

  • Sweep, mop, wash and polish floors to ensure a clean and hygienic environment.
  • Dust furniture and fixtures to maintain a tidy appearance.
  • Vacuum carpeting, area rugs, draperies, and upholstered furniture to remove dirt and debris.
  • Make beds and change sheets to provide comfortable accommodations for guests.
  • Distribute clean towels and toiletries as needed.
  • Clean, disinfect, and polish kitchen and bathroom fixtures and appliances to maintain high standards of hygiene.
  • Clean and disinfect elevators to prevent the spread of germs.
  • Attend to guests' requests for extra supplies or other items in a timely and courteous manner.
  • Launder clothing and household linens to provide fresh and clean textiles.
  • Clean changing rooms and showers to maintain a clean and safe environment.
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and respectful manner.
Work Conditions and Physical Capabilities

This role requires the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines. The physical demands of the job include repetitive tasks, standing for long periods, and lifting up to 23 kg (50 lbs).
