Estimated Salary Range

About the Role

As a hospitality team member, you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service, taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and welcoming environment. You will work closely with our kitchen staff to ensure seamless service delivery and contribute to the overall success of our restaurant.

Responsibilities
  • Cash Handling and Customer Service: Handle customer transactions accurately, respond to customer inquiries, and resolve any issues promptly.
  • Food and Beverage Service: Take orders, serve food and beverages, and maintain a clean and organized service area.
  • Team Collaboration: Work effectively with kitchen staff, management, and other team members to ensure smooth service delivery and achieve business objectives.
  • Inventory Management: Assist with receiving, storing, and stocking supplies, as well as maintaining inventory levels.
  • Cleaning and Sanitation: Maintain a clean and sanitary environment, including dining areas, restrooms, and kitchen spaces.
Requirements
  • Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma is required, but relevant training or experience is an asset.
  • Experience: Previous experience in a similar role or industry is beneficial.
  • Physical Demands: This role requires standing for extended periods, handling heavy loads, and working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Language: English is the primary language spoken in this workplace.
