  • Install, maintain, and repair machinery and equipment

  • Detect and troubleshoot irregularities and malfunctions
  • Read blueprints, drawings, and specifications to determine work requirements
  • Repair or replace defective machinery parts
  • Fabricate parts required during overhaul, maintenance, or set-up
  • Perform routine maintenance work on machinery
  • Operate machining tools to fabricate parts
  • Program programmable logic controllers (PLCs)
  • Install machinery and equipment
  • Operate hoisting and lifting equipment
  • Manage feed inventory activities
Requirements:
  • Industrial Mechanic (Millwright) Trade Certification
  • Forklift Operator Certification
  • MS Office skills
  • Experience with conveyor systems, electrical and electronic controls, high-speed packaging equipment, power tools, tool grinders, forklifts, safety equipment, mixing tanks, and chemical cleaning equipment
  • Ability to work in a team environment and under pressure
  • Attention to detail and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
