Key Responsibilities
  • Menu Management: Modify food preparation methods and menu prices according to the restaurant budget to ensure profitability and customer satisfaction.
  • Operations Planning: Plan and organize daily operations, including staff scheduling, inventory management, and supply chain logistics.
  • Staff Supervision: Supervise and train staff to ensure they are meeting the highest standards of customer service and food quality.
  • Customer Service: Address customers' complaints or concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory levels to ensure that we have the necessary supplies to meet customer demand.
  • Health and Safety: Ensure that all health and safety regulations are followed to maintain a safe working environment.
Requirements
  • 2 years to less than 3 years of experience in a restaurant management role.
  • Permanent employment.
  • Fluent in English.
  • 30 hours per week.
