Job Summary

The Bottle Service Waitress is a key member of the EightSix Network team, responsible for delivering exceptional guest experiences and driving revenue growth through upselling and promoting premium services.

Key Responsibilities

  • Recommend and sell premium beverages and packages to guests, ensuring a memorable and luxurious experience.
  • Provide exceptional service, including serving drinks, food, and attending to guest needs in a timely and efficient manner.
  • Enter all orders into the Point of Sale (POS) system, manage cash payments, and maintain accurate records.
  • Ensure compliance with liquor regulations and local ordinances, maintaining a safe and responsible environment for guests.
  • Perform cleaning and side duties as assigned, contributing to a clean and well-maintained venue.
  • Support servers and staff in other duties as required, fostering a collaborative and efficient team environment.

Requirements

  • Excellent customer service and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Physical ability to carry heavy trays and navigate the venue with ease.
  • Previous experience in the hospitality or nightlife industry is an asset.
  • High energy and stamina, with the ability to work efficiently under pressure.
  • Strong verbal communication skills and ability to prioritize tasks and manage time effectively.
  • Willingness to work evenings, late nights, and weekends as required.
  • Ability to read menus, safety documents, and other relevant materials.
  • Completion of Serving it Right certification.

Physical Demands and Work Environment

The physical demands of this role include standing for extended periods, walking with heavy trays, and occasional sitting. The employee must be able to lift up to 30 pounds and navigate the venue with ease. The work environment is moderate to loud, with occasional exposure to moving mechanical parts and hazardous materials.
