### Position Summary

Our team at Canucks Sports & Entertainment is seeking a skilled and dedicated Premium Server to join our team at Rogers Arena. As a Premium Server, you will provide exceptional service to our guests in our premium clubs during games and concerts.

### Key Responsibilities

* Provide an exclusive premium service experience to members of our private clubs and VIP areas
* Process guests' orders to ensure all items are prepared properly and on a timely basis
* Communicate with service staff, kitchen staff, and bartenders to coordinate entire station and ensure guest satisfaction with food and service
* Perform other duties as required

### Requirements

* Must be at least 19 years of age
* Must be able to work weeknights, weekends, and holidays with a start time of approximately 4:00pm
* Must be able to safely lift up to 35 lbs.
* Must be able to stand during scheduled shift, withstand repetitive walking, reaching, and bending for long periods of time
* At least two years of service experience in a fine dining establishment
* Completion of Serving it Right Certificate
* Strong communication and listening skills and ability to communicate with guests and respond to inquiries
* A strong understanding of and commitment to uphold our company values of discipline, respect, excellent, attitude, and mindset (DREAM)
* Non-Canadian residents must have valid work permits expiring no earlier than October 2025
