Key Responsibilities- Team Leadership: Supervise and mentor a team of staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their performance goals.
- Store Operations: Establish and maintain efficient store operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and visual merchandising.
- Customer Service: Foster a positive customer experience by ensuring excellent service standards are met, and resolving any customer complaints or issues promptly.
- Sales Growth: Develop and implement strategies to drive sales growth, including analyzing sales data and making recommendations for improvement.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail leadership role
