Job Title: Administrative Assistant

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Administrative Assistant to join our team at Mike Bhayana Personal Real Estate Corporation. As an Administrative Assistant, you will provide administrative support to our real estate team, ensuring the smooth operation of our office.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide administrative support to the real estate team, including answering phone calls, responding to emails, and maintaining records.
  • Manage and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems.
  • Perform data entry and maintain digital databases.
  • Order office supplies and maintain inventory.
  • Set up and maintain manual and computerized information filing systems.
  • Provide customer service and respond to client inquiries.
Requirements:
  • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in an administrative role.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks.
