Retail Store Manager

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Retail Store Supervisor to join our team at IN & OUT CONVENIENCE STORE. As a key member of our store team, you will be responsible for supervising staff, assigning sales workers to duties, and ensuring the smooth operation of our store.
Key Responsibilities:- Supervise and Co-ordinate Activities: Supervise and co-ordinate the activities of workers, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently and effectively.
- Assign Sales Workers: Assign sales workers to duties, ensuring that the store is adequately staffed and that customers receive excellent service.
- Hire and Train Staff: Hire and train or arrange for training of staff, ensuring that they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their duties.
- Authorize Payments: Authorize payments by cheque, ensuring that financial transactions are accurate and secure.
- Order Merchandise: Order merchandise, ensuring that the store is stocked with the necessary products to meet customer demand.
- Resolve Issues: Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages.
- Organize Inventory: Organize and maintain inventory, ensuring that products are stored and displayed in a safe and efficient manner.
Our store operates in a fast-paced environment, requiring attention to detail and the ability to multitask. As a Retail Store Supervisor, you will be expected to work effectively in a team environment, providing excellent customer service and ensuring that the store is run efficiently.
