Restaurant Operations Manager

At Ontario Inc, we are seeking a skilled Restaurant Operations Manager to oversee the daily operations of our restaurant. The ideal candidate will have a secondary (high) school graduation certificate and 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a similar role.
Key Responsibilities- Determine Type of Services: Implement operational procedures to meet customer needs and expectations.
- Inventory Management: Organize and maintain inventory to ensure efficient use of resources.
- Health and Safety: Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations to maintain a safe working environment.
- Customer Service: Address customer complaints and provide excellent service to build customer loyalty.
- Operations Planning: Plan, organize, direct, control, and evaluate daily operations to achieve business objectives.
- Supervise a team of 5-10 people.
- Work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
- Combine sitting, standing, and walking throughout the day.
- Accurate and efficient in your work.
- Excellent oral communication skills.
- Flexible and able to adapt to changing situations.
- Reliable and a team player.
