About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Head of Product to lead our product development team in Calgary, AB. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software products, leadership experience, and a passion for building high-performing teams.

The successful candidate will be responsible for developing a deep understanding of our financial product stack, leading cross-functional agile teams, and participating in budget management throughout the year.

We are looking for someone who can evaluate qualitative and quantitative data related to the product experience, identify strategies, trends, and opportunities, and engage with third-party banking and technology partners to coordinate plans and roadmaps.

What We Offer

We offer a competitive salary range of $160,000 - $220,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus equity in the company through stock options. Our team members earn meaningful equity in the company, so Neo's growth benefits everyone who helps make it happen.

Our office is located in Calgary, AB, and we are looking for someone who is based in this location or willing to relocate.

Key Qualifications:

  • 7+ years of experience working with software products
  • 3+ years of experience in a leadership role directly managing a team of 3+ product managers
  • Prior start-up or product experience, systems or engineering background
  • Experience with digital technologies, financial products, e-commerce, payments, or subscription businesses
