Key Responsibilities

  • Support various strategic initiatives, including process re-design, strategy development, budget and priority-setting, and digital culture transformation.
  • Collaborate with a data-driven team of analysts and storytellers to support strategic sourcing projects, including category and supplier strategies.
  • Develop and implement effective strategies to drive business growth and improve operational efficiency.
  • Provide analytical support to inform business decisions and drive strategic initiatives.
  • Partner with stakeholders to manage the impacts and change that may come from strategies developed.

Requirements

  • Currently enrolled in a post-secondary institution with a focus in Finance, Accounting, Business, Engineering, and/or similar discipline with analytical bias.
  • Strong in Microsoft Office applications, particularly in Excel (pivots, complex logic statements, lookups, etc.).
  • Creative and analytical thinker who is self-driven and capable of working in a fast-paced environment.
  • Leadership acumen and a passion to apply it in a dynamic business environment.
  • Superb written and oral communication skills.
