Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Dairy Queen Woodbridge. As a key member of our food service team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest quality of food and service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food.
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures.
  • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation.
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
  • Address customers' complaints or concerns.
  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
  • Prepare and submit reports.
  • Establish work schedules.
Requirements
  • College/CEGEP or equivalent experience.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in the field.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Attention to detail.
