Restaurant Operations Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at High Level Denny's & Bar One. As a key member of our culinary department, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service team, ensuring that our high standards of quality and customer satisfaction are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities- Team Leadership: Supervise and coordinate the activities of staff who prepare and portion food, providing guidance and support to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Training and Development: Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, promoting a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Inventory Management: Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation, maintaining accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
- Quality Control: Ensure that food and service meet our high standards, identifying areas for improvement and implementing corrective actions as needed.
- Financial Management: Prepare budget and cost estimates, monitoring expenses and optimizing resources to achieve business objectives.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of food order summaries, tray assembly, and delivery of food trolleys, providing valuable insights for business decision-making.
- Scheduling: Establish work schedules, ensuring adequate staffing levels to meet customer demand and maintain a positive work environment.
As a Food Service Supervisor at High Level Denny's & Bar One, you will be working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment that requires strong communication and interpersonal skills. You will be standing for extended periods, walking, and performing other physical tasks as required.
Requirements- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- Experience: 2 years to less than 3 years
- Language: English
- Work Hours: 30 to 40 hours per week
