About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Sales Specialist to join our team at A&S Hydraulics. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for estimating costs of installing equipment, quoting prices, and overseeing the preparation of sales and orders.

Key Responsibilities
  • Estimate costs of installing equipment and provide accurate quotes to clients.
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing clients and identify new business opportunities.
  • Prepare and present sales proposals to illustrate the benefits of our products and services.
  • Assess client needs and provide tailored solutions to meet their requirements.
  • Deliver exceptional customer service and ensure client satisfaction.
  • Stay up-to-date with product innovations, competitors, and market conditions to provide informed advice to clients.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to achieve sales targets and drive business growth.
Requirements
  • College diploma or equivalent in a related field.
  • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in sales or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build strong relationships with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to estimate costs and provide accurate quotes.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet sales targets.
