About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at Dephine Enterprises II Inc. as a key member of our restaurant operations team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Establish and Implement Operational Procedures

Develop and implement effective methods to meet work schedules, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations and maintaining high standards of quality and service.

Train and Develop Staff

Provide comprehensive training to food service staff on job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures, ensuring they have the necessary skills to deliver exceptional customer experiences.

Inventory Management and Control

Estimate and manage ingredient and supply requirements for meal preparation, minimizing waste and optimizing inventory levels.

Staff Management and Recruitment

Recruit, hire, and manage food service staff, ensuring a motivated and skilled team that delivers exceptional service.

Quality Control and Assurance

Ensure that food and service meet the highest quality control standards, maintaining a clean and safe environment for customers and staff.

Record Keeping and Reporting

Maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, providing valuable insights for business growth and improvement.

Scheduling and Workload Management

Establish and manage work schedules, ensuring efficient use of resources and minimizing downtime.

Requirements and Qualifications
  • Education and Experience

Secondary (high) school graduation certificate and 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a related field.

Certifications and Licenses

Safe Food Handling certificate.

Work Environment and Conditions

Permanent position, 40 hours per week, with a focus on maintaining a clean and safe work environment.
