At Deerfoot Meadows Medical Clinic, we are seeking an experienced Office Manager to join our team. As an Office Manager, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our office services, including accommodation, relocation, equipment, supplies, forms, disposal of assets, parking, maintenance, and security services. You will also be responsible for performing data entry, sending invoices, recording and relaying information, providing basic information to clients and the public, and performing clerical duties such as filing and sorting and distributing mail. Additionally, you will be responsible for ordering office supplies, obtaining and processing information required to provide customer service, monitoring mobile radio or telephone, greeting people and directing them to contacts or service areas, answering telephone and relaying telephone calls and messages, and providing customer service. You will work under pressure, with tight deadlines, and be able to multitask, manage your time effectively, and work as part of a team. If you have excellent oral and written communication skills, are organized, reliable, and have the ability to work independently, then we would like to hear from you.
