At Bizeeza Inc., we are seeking a highly skilled Digital Marketing Strategist to join our team. As a key member of our marketing department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing our digital marketing strategy across various social media platforms.

Job Summary

The successful candidate will have a strong background in digital marketing, specifically with hands-on experience managing Facebook, LinkedIn, and Google Ads campaigns. They will work closely with our content creation and marketing teams to ensure our message is consistent and effective across all digital channels.

About the Role

We are looking for a motivated and creative individual who can develop and implement a comprehensive digital marketing strategy that aligns with our company goals. Key responsibilities include:

  • Developing and implementing a social media strategy to enhance brand awareness, engagement, and conversions across platforms such as Facebook, LinkedIn, and Google Ads.
  • Managing the day-to-day handling of all social media channels, adapting content to suit different channels and audiences.
  • Oversseeing and managing all digital marketing ads, ensuring they are in line with our marketing strategy and budget.
  • Utilizing the Odoo Platform to manage and update web content, ensuring a cohesive and engaging user experience across our website and social media channels.
  • Collaborating with the marketing team to create a cohesive and innovative content calendar that aligns with our company's goals and marketing strategies.
  • Analyzing and reporting on the performance of digital marketing campaigns and the overall effectiveness of the digital marketing strategy, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A minimum of 4-5 years of experience in digital marketing, specifically with hands-on experience managing Facebook, LinkedIn, and Google Ads campaigns.
  • Strong knowledge and experience with Magento Platform for web and social media content management.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop social media strategies that increase brand awareness, engagement, and conversions.
  • Excellent understanding of digital marketing concepts and best practices.
  • Skills in creative content writing and an eye for design to ensure content is engaging and on-brand.
  • Must have at least certification in Google Ads, Bing Ads, Facebook (meta) or LinkedIn.
  • Experience in Microsoft Publisher, MS Office, MS Outlook, MS Windows, Adobe Photoshop, MS Access, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, MS Word, HubSpot CRM.
Benefits

We offer a competitive salary of $65,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition to a generous salary, we also offer:

  • Yearly in-house training included.
  • On-site work - 5 Days (Monday to Friday).
