About Us

We are seeking experienced consultants to join our dynamic management consulting team. This position offers the opportunity to work closely with Fortune 500 clients, diving deep into their unique challenges and developing tailored solutions.

Key Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and specify digital project requirements.
  • Conduct thorough analysis to determine project scope and deliverables.
  • Develop process documentation to support business processes.
  • Lead and facilitate meetings and workshops with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
  • Assist in designing system architecture, workflows, and user interfaces.
  • Monitor project progress, ensuring timely delivery and quality standards.
  • Continuously liaise with clients to ensure their needs and expectations are met and/or exceeded.
  • Define and develop digital roadmaps for clients, aligning their business goals with customized technology solutions.
  • Contribute to strategic initiatives by advising clients on digital transformation and innovation, helping them stay ahead of industry trends.
  • Provide insights and recommendations based on data analytics.

Qualifications

  • An MBA or BBA degree from a reputable program is highly preferred.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
  • Excellent communication skills with a keen ability to translate complex concepts into understandable terms.
  • Familiarity with PowerPoint and Excel is a must; experience with tools like Miro and Jira is a plus.
  • Experience with E-Commerce project management and the Shopify ecosystem is preferred.
  • Previous experience in tech or management consulting is preferred.

Estimated Salary: $120,000 - $180,000 per year

Interview Process

  • Screening Interview: A brief call to discuss your background and interest in the role.
  • Case Interview: A one-hour interviewer-led case where you'll be presented with an actual client situation to assess your problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • WHO Interview: An in-person interview at our office, focusing on exploring your past experiences and understanding how they align with our values and expectations.
  • References: We will request 2-3 professional references to gain more insights into your work ethic, collaboration, and overall performance.
