Food and Beverage Server

We are seeking a highly skilled and enthusiastic Food and Beverage Server to join our team at Star Fleet Inc. as a key member of our hospitality team.
Key Responsibilities- Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive dining experience for our guests.
- Food and Beverage Service: Prepare and serve food and beverages to customers in a timely and efficient manner.
- Menu Knowledge: Have a thorough knowledge of our menu and be able to make recommendations to customers.
- Teamwork: Work collaboratively with other servers, bussers, and kitchen staff to ensure seamless service.
- Inventory Management: Assist with inventory management and ordering of wines and wine glassware.
- Point of Sale System: Operate our point of sale system with accuracy and efficiency.
- Security and Safety: Ensure a safe and secure environment for our guests and staff.
- Education: No degree, certificate, or diploma required.
- Experience: 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a similar role.
- Language: Fluency in English.
- Physical Demands: Ability to lift up to 9 kg (20 lbs) and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Personal Suitability: Excellent communication skills, flexibility, and a client-focused approach.
Our restaurant is a fast-paced environment with a physically demanding workload. You will be required to work in a team environment and be able to multitask with ease.
