Job Summary

Key Responsibilities
  • Leadership and Team Management
    • Supervise and coordinate the activities of food service staff to ensure efficient service delivery.
    • Train staff in job duties, sanitation, and safety procedures to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
    • Establish methods to meet work schedules and ensure that food and service meet quality control standards.
  • Customer Service
    • Ensure that customers receive exceptional service and high-quality food.
    • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Inventory and Supply Management
    • Estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation and maintain accurate records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage.
    • Prepare and submit reports to management on inventory levels and supply chain management.
  • Work Environment
    • Work in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines and a high level of customer traffic.
    • Stand for extended periods and walk frequently to maintain a clean and safe work environment.
Requirements
  • Education
    • Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
  • Work Experience
    • 7 months to less than 1 year of experience in a food service environment.
  • Language
    • Fluent in English.
  • Work Schedule
    • 30 to 44 hours per week.
