We are seeking a skilled Food Service Supervisor to join our team at E.A.M Enterprise Ltd. The ideal candidate will have experience in managing food service operations, supervising staff, and maintaining high-quality customer service standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish and implement efficient work schedules to meet customer demand
  • Supervise and train staff in food preparation, sanitation, and safety procedures
  • Monitor inventory levels and estimate ingredient and supply needs
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
  • Address customer complaints and concerns in a professional manner
  • Maintain accurate records of sales, stock, and repairs

The successful candidate will have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of customer satisfaction.

Requirements:
  • 1-2 years of experience in food service management
  • Secondary school graduation certificate
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
