Job Title: Food Service Supervisor

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Food Service Supervisor to join our team at E.A.M Enterprise Ltd.

Job Summary:

The Food Service Supervisor will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our food service establishment, ensuring that food and service meet quality control standards, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Establish methods to meet work schedules and supervise and co-ordinate activities of staff who prepare and portion food.
  • Train staff in job duties, sanitation and safety procedures, and estimate ingredient and supplies required for meal preparation.
  • Ensure that food and service meet quality control standards and address customers' complaints or concerns.
  • Maintain records of stock, repairs, sales, and wastage, and establish work schedules.
Requirements:
  • 5-10 years of experience in a food service establishment, preferably in a supervisory role.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work under pressure and maintain a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to train and supervise staff, and maintain records and reports.
Work Environment:

The Food Service Supervisor will work in a fast-paced environment, with tight deadlines and standing for extended periods. The ideal candidate will be able to work independently and as part of a team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
