About the Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Retail Store Supervisor Lead to join our team at Brampton Cash and Carry. As a key member of our retail operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day activities of our store supervisors and ensuring that our retail business runs smoothly.

Responsibilities:
  • Oversee Store Supervisors: Manage and support a team of 3-4 store supervisors in their daily tasks and responsibilities.
  • Operational Excellence: Ensure that our store is maintained to the highest standards of cleanliness, organization, and visual appeal.
  • Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service and ensure that our customers receive a positive shopping experience.
  • Merchandising and Visual Displays: Oversee the creation and maintenance of visually appealing displays and merchandise arrangements throughout the store.
Requirements:
  • Education: College or CEGEP certificate/diploma from a program of 1 year to 2 years.
  • Experience: 1 year to less than 2 years of experience in a retail supervisory role.
  • Personal Suitability: Strong client focus, organized, team player, dependable.
Compensation and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary range of $50,000 - $65,000 per year, depending on experience. In addition, we provide free parking and a permanent work arrangement.
