Job SummaryThe Cybersecurity - Enterprise Identity Specialist will be responsible for leading the Identity and Access Management (IAM) capability at EDC. This role involves providing direction and guidance to development, specifications, and communication of IAM applications and architecture.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement an IAM strategy that aligns with EDC's business objectives.
- Define, enable, and enforce access control policies to ensure secure and compliant access to systems and data.
- Oversee IAM technologies, including Identity Governance and Administration (IGA), Privileged Access Management (PAM), and Single Sign-On (SSO) solutions.
- Support Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) functions by conducting regular audits and assessments to ensure compliance with security policies and regulatory requirements.
- Undergraduate degree in Computer Science, Information Security, Management Information Systems, or a related discipline.
- Minimum 3 years of experience in designing and implementing technologies for Identity Access Management (IAM) and Privileged Access Management (PAM).
- Strong domain knowledge of Active Directory (AD) management, including authentication, authorization, role-based access control (RBAC), single sign-on (SSO), password vaulting, and privileged session management for hybrid environments (on-premises and cloud).
- Excellent verbal and written communication, critical and strategic thinking, time management, priority planning, and interpersonal skills.
- Proven hands-on experience on IAM/IGA and PAM solutions and/or certification as following:
- SailPoint Certified IdentityNow Professional
- SailPoint Certified IdentityIQ Associate
- Microsoft Certified: Sentry level (hands-on experience with CyberArk solutions, deployments, configurations) or advanced (CyberArk Delivery Engineer - CDE).
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in Endpoint and Mobile Security, Email Security, Web Proxies, and Cloud (Azure).
- Bilingualism in both official languages (English & French).
This full-time position offers a competitive salary range of $107,132 to $142,842 annually, based on qualifications and experiences, plus a performance-based incentive. The role may be performed from EDC's headquarters in Ottawa, or from the Community Hub in Toronto, Mississauga, Montreal, Laval, Brossard, Halifax, Calgary, or Vancouver. Relocation assistance is available for eligible candidates.
