Field Service Sales Representative

Service365 is a leading Field Service Management software provider, empowering trades business owners to streamline and automate various aspects of their operations. As we continue to expand our presence in the market, we are seeking a seasoned sales professional to join our team and drive growth.
About the RoleWe offer an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and results-driven individual to become our Business Development Associate. This role involves building and managing relationships with potential clients, showcasing the value of our software through product demonstrations, and proactively managing the sales pipeline to meet or exceed designated targets.
The ideal candidate will have 1+ years of sales experience, preferably in the SaaS industry, with a strong understanding of the Field Service sector. Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, as well as a passion for software and technology, are essential for success in this role.
Key Responsibilities- Lead Generation: Conduct lead generation activities through phone calls, email, Teams meetings, and in-person interactions to identify potential customers and schedule discovery calls.
- Product Demonstrations: Showcase the features and benefits of our software to prospective clients, highlighting its value proposition and addressing any concerns they may have.
- Pipeline Management: Proactively manage the sales pipeline, moving prospects through the sales process towards closing, and consistently meeting or exceeding designated sales targets.
- Prospect Engagement: Engage with warm and cold leads, nurturing relationships, and driving engagement to increase the likelihood of conversion.
- Experience: 1+ years of sales experience; SaaS industry experience is highly desirable, with a strong understanding of the Field Service sector.
- Education: Formal education is not required, but a passion for sales and a hunger to learn are essential.
- Communication: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills with a high level of professionalism.
- Personality: Energetic, vibrant, and outgoing personality that resonates with clients.
- Tech Savvy: Passionate about software and technology, with strong computer skills and the ability to quickly learn new systems.
