Sales Representative for Home Appliance Brand

About the Role
We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Sales Representative to join our team at Brand Momentum. As a Sales Representative, you will play a key role in promoting our brand awareness and building lasting connections with clients across various channels.
Responsibilities
- Manage client liaison at a retail level and foster strong relationships with retailers.
- Provide coaching to sales representatives and train retailer staff on product knowledge.
- Conduct pre-scheduled training sessions weekly and provide sales assistance at locations.
- Gather market analysis and report market trends of how the product is perceived in the market.
- Plan and facilitate training and launch meetings to ensure all client/retailer groups can demonstrate product knowledge.
- Ensure stock levels of merchandise meet product demand and report back.
- Support marketing initiatives by maintaining direct contact with sales points in the market.
- Resolve issues that affect brand integrity and brand presence.
- Provide feedback to Regional Field Manager and client.
- Support go-to-market planning and promotional activities in the field.
- Set up promotional materials and support dealers via incentive events and programs.
- Provide strategic input to help leverage the client brand.
- MERchandising execution and training facilitation at trade show events as needed.
Requirements
- Excellent communication skills, written and verbal.
- Demonstrated ability to learn and adapt to new technologies quickly.
- Recent college/university graduate with a related field of studies is an asset.
- Sales experience in home appliances is an asset.
- Demonstrated experience in working within the Home Appliance sector.
- Previous formal training experience (instructor or trainer).
- Previous durable good or high-value retail sales experience.
- Outbound sales representative experience.
- Experience as a Field Sales Representative.
- Prior success in training and motivating a sales team in meeting or exceed performance objectives.
- Available to travel within the market.
Compensation and Benefits
The estimated salary range for this position is between $55,000 - $80,000 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience. In addition to a competitive salary, we offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health and dental insurance, retirement savings plan, and paid time off.
