Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage all aspects of institutional construction projects, ensuring timely delivery, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.
- C Coordinate with stakeholders, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure smooth operations on-site.
- Oversight of safety protocols and compliance with industry regulations.
- Regular project progress updates to senior management and clients.
- Quick resolution of any issues that arise on-site.
- Minimum 10 years of experience as a Superintendent in ICI construction.
- Proven track record in institutional new builds exceeding $15 million.
- Post-secondary education in construction management, engineering, or a related field.
- Gold Seal, PMP, LEED, or equivalent certification required.
- Strong knowledge of building codes, regulations, and best practices in construction safety.
- Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
