Job Overview

As a Construction Project Director, you will be responsible for end-to-end project delivery of Light Industrial and ICI new-builds. You will oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, and risk management, collaborating with clients, subcontractors, engineers, and internal teams to achieve successful project outcomes.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead and manage project delivery from start to finish

You will ensure compliance with contracts, health & safety standards, and regulatory requirements. Your goal is to drive operational excellence, on-time delivery, and budget adherence.

The Successful Candidate

To succeed in this role, you will require:

  • P.Eng designation or Engineering educational background (preferred, not required)
  • 5+ years of project management experience in a General Contractor / Construction Manager environment
  • Proven experience managing Light Industrial and ICI ground-up builds
  • Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills
  • Expertise in contract negotiation, budgeting, and scheduling software (Microsoft Project, Procore, etc.)
