We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Dispatcher to join our team at ARJ TRANSPORT LTD. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of our transportation services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Dispatching: Coordinate the activities of vehicle operators and crews using dispatching equipment, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of goods.
  • Time Management: Record mileage, fuel use, repairs, and other expenses, as well as process and transmit information to coordinate activities.
  • Supervision: Lead a team of 5-10 personnel, providing guidance and support to ensure the successful completion of tasks.
  • Technology: Utilize dispatch management service software, mapping and data visualization software, monitoring and tracking software, and word processing software to manage operations.
Requirements:
  • Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate or equivalent experience.
  • Experience: Previous experience in the trucking industry is an asset.
  • Skills: Excellent oral and written communication, client focus, efficient interpersonal skills, and attention to detail.
