Logistics Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Dispatcher to join our team at ARJ Transport Ltd. As a Dispatcher, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth operation of our trucking operations.
Key Responsibilities:- Dispatching: Dispatch personnel according to schedules and work orders, ensuring accurate and timely delivery of goods.
- Coordination: Coordinate activities of vehicle operators, crews, and equipment to optimize routes and reduce delays.
- Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of mileage, fuel use, repairs, and other expenses.
- Communication: Communicate effectively with drivers, dispatchers, and other stakeholders to ensure seamless operations.
- Education: Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Experience: Experience an asset, or equivalent experience.
- Skills: Excellent communication and organizational skills, ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and proficiency in dispatch management software.
