About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Automation Tester to join our team at CAE Inc. As a key member of our software validation team, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and performance of our Realtime aeronautical and synthetic environment software.

Key Responsibilities
  • Design and execute automated software validation using various testing tools on cloud and on-premises labs.
  • Collaborate with software development teams and test experts to validate training products on actual simulators.
  • Develop and implement automated testing plans for defence and security products using DevOps/GitHub Actions pipeline.
  • Provide support to performance team members to execute QTG tests through DevOps & GitHub Actions pipeline.
  • Integrate standard platform tests released by infrastructure teams into defence and security projects.
Requirements
  • Bachelor's degree in engineering or computer science.
  • Knowledge of C#, PowerShell, and FtiNess programming and scripting languages.
  • Good understanding of configuration management tools.
  • Excellent planning, organization, and communication skills.
  • Aircraft system & aerospace knowledge is a plus.
  • CAE software application knowledge is a plus.
