About the Role

At BGIS, we are seeking an experienced Building Automation Systems Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for servicing and maintaining Building Automation Systems (BAS) in client facilities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Attend client sites to complete service and preventive maintenance tasks
  • Program/download/install BAS-related hardware and software
  • Create custom graphical user interfaces
  • Implement energy and operational optimization initiatives

Requirements

  • Proven BAS knowledge and experience with Niagara
  • Over five years of experience in the provision of BAS programming, graphics development, integration, commissioning, and client training
  • Proven Niagara experience, N4 Certified is an asset
  • Proficiency with HVAC systems
  • Knowledge of IT and networks would be an asset
