Job Summary:

Brandt is seeking a highly skilled Master Scheduler to join our team in Regina. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for developing and maintaining the production schedule for all centralized Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and Maintain Production Schedule: Create and manage a production schedule for all products at each centralized PDI Centre, ensuring alignment with branch sales departments and key stakeholders.
  • Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Work closely with the Wholegoods Inventory, Operations, and Sales teams to ensure production capacity and capability align with expected sales volumes.
  • Standardize Processes: Develop and lead a standardized process that aligns all stakeholders to one shared delivery plan, ensuring seamless communication and coordination.
  • Supply Chain Management: Work closely with members of the Wholegoods Inventory and PDI departments to expedite attachments and parts from internal and external suppliers, ensuring adequate and timely supply to meet delivery dates.
  • Performance Analysis: Compile and report monthly key performance indicators (KPIs) relating to the PDI operations, analyzing data to support improvements in operational performance.
  • Leadership and Communication: Lead regular production planning meetings with key stakeholders and departments, developing tools and reports to communicate the PDI production schedule and machine status.
  • Continuous Improvement: Lead and participate in continuous improvement projects as identified, driving process enhancements and efficiency gains.

Requirements:

  • Excellent Organizational Skills: Ability to manage large amounts of information with attention to detail.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Effective verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to facilitate group meetings.
  • Analytical and Problem-Solving Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities, with the ability to analyze data and drive process improvements.
  • Education and Experience: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or another related field is preferred, with previous experience in Order Fulfillment or manufacturing scheduling/planning roles an asset.
  • Technical Skills: Advanced capability using Microsoft Excel, with experience in using data analytics and data visualization software (Power BI, Tableau, Alteryx, etc.) considered an asset.
