Restaurant General Manager Job Description

MONTANA'S BBQ AND BAR is seeking a highly skilled Restaurant General Manager to lead our team to success. As a key member of our management team, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our restaurant, ensuring exceptional customer service, and driving sales growth.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Leadership: Supervise a team of 16-20 staff members, providing guidance and support to ensure they meet their performance goals.
  • Operations: Manage the restaurant's financial and administrative controls, including budgeting, forecasting, and inventory management.
  • Customer Service: Foster a positive dining experience for our customers, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Marketing: Develop and implement marketing strategies to increase sales and drive customer engagement.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in a related field.
  • Experience: 3 years to less than 5 years of experience in a senior restaurant management role.
  • Skills: Excellent communication and leadership skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
