As a Full-time Store Supervisor/Key Holder at our DIX-30 store in Brossard, QC, you will be part of a national retail chain offering high-quality furniture and home décor. Our team is passionate about creating a welcoming environment where customers and employees feel at home.

As a Key Holder, you will collaborate with the Manager and Assistant Manager to create a positive working environment for the team and an excellent shopping experience for our customers. Participate in leadership of an inspiring furniture and home décor store and enrich the customer experience while growing your experience with a well-known Canadian retailer.

Our stores are open 7 days a week, and we are looking for candidates who can work 30-40 hours per week and are available to work a variety of shifts on weekdays, weeknights, and weekends.

What You Will Do:

  • Provide expert guidance to customers in their decor choices
  • Open, prepare, and close the store
  • Train and coach team members to achieve excellence
  • Support operational tasks for stock and merchandising
  • Ensure the store's performance and maintain high visual standards and cleanliness

What You Bring:

  • At least 2 years of Retail sales experience
  • Experience in Customer Service Leadership
  • A passion for interior décor and merchandising
  • Commitment to a flexible schedule (Open to daytime, evening, and weekend shifts)
  • The ability to lift and move loads up to 50 lbs / 23 kg
