Quality Natural Foods Canada Inc. is seeking a highly skilled Key Account Manager to join our team. As a Key Account Manager, you will play a vital role in driving business growth and developing strong relationships with our key customers.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and implement annual business plans to achieve desired volume, profit, and share at assigned accounts.
- Work closely with internal stakeholders to identify and develop business building plans for key accounts.
- Utilize post-promotion analysis, revenue growth management, and POS resources to inform business decisions.
- Achieve distribution targets for base and innovation products, with a focus on maximizing volume and contribution margin.
- Establish and maintain frequent contact with account personnel to drive business growth.
- Lead and grow the portfolio in key omni channels, including ecommerce, digital, and retailer media.
- Provide forecasting information to the demand planning team through ongoing shipment, inventory, and POS analysis.
- University degree or college diploma, or relevant experience.
- Minimum 3-5 years of key account management experience in grocery or mass retail channels.
- Proven leadership skills and ability to execute strategic initiatives.
- Excellent negotiating, assessment, and analytical abilities.
- Practical experience with category management and OMNI.
- Fully competent with Microsoft Office applications.
- Team and results-oriented with effective written and communication skills.
