Job Summary

As a Retail Store Supervisor at Arman Esso, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our retail store. This includes managing sales teams, hiring and training staff, and ensuring excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities

- Assign sales workers to duties and supervise their performance
- Hire and train or arrange for training of staff to ensure they meet our high standards
- Authorize payments by cheque and manage cash transactions
- Order merchandise and maintain inventory levels
- Establish work schedules and ensure efficient store operations
- Sell merchandise and prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters
- Resolve issues that may arise, including customer requests, complaints, and supply shortages

Requirements

- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate
- 1 to less than 7 months of experience in a retail environment
- Ability to work on site and manage a team of 3-4 people
