Retail Store Supervisor

At Freshly Squeezed, we are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Retail Store Supervisor to join our team. As a key member of our store operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily activities of our sales floor, ensuring excellent customer service, and driving sales growth.
Key Responsibilities:- Assign sales workers to duties and ensure they are equipped to provide exceptional customer service.
- Hire and train or arrange for training of staff to ensure they meet our high standards.
- Order merchandise and manage inventory to meet customer demand.
- Authorize return of merchandise and resolve customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
- Establish work schedules and ensure that all staff are aware of their responsibilities.
- Sell merchandise and promote our products to customers.
- Prepare reports on sales volumes, merchandising, and personnel matters to inform business decisions.
- Organize and maintain inventory to ensure that our stores are well-stocked and visually appealing.
- Supervise and co-ordinate activities of workers to ensure that our stores are running smoothly and efficiently.
- Manage cash and maintain accurate records of sales and transactions.
