We are looking for a dedicated Payroll and Benefits Specialist to join our team at The Calgary Airport Authority. As a key member of our HR department, you will play a vital role in managing payroll administration, employee benefits, and other HR-related tasks.

Responsibilities:
  • Payroll Administration: Assist in processing biweekly payroll, reviewing timesheets, and verifying accuracy (including hours worked, overtime, and pay premiums) for excluded, bargaining unit, and hourly employees.
  • Benefits Administration: Assist with pension and benefits transactions, including enrollments, changes, and terminations, while ensuring compliance with policies and regulations.
  • HR Operations: Maintain and update employee records in the HRIS (Ceridian Dayforce), ensuring accuracy, confidentiality, and compliance with relevant regulations.

If you have a strong understanding of HR processes and are proficient in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel and PowerPoint, we encourage you to apply.
