Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at PartnerIT Corporation. As a key member of our IT department, you will be responsible for providing top-notch technical support to our clients and ensuring the smooth operation of our computer networks.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical assistance to clients via phone, email, or in-person
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with computer systems, networks, and software
  • Configure and maintain computer equipment, including hardware and software

Requirements
