- Maintain a library of Master Service Agreements (MSAs), including regular review and updates.
- Ensure adherence to company, departmental, professional, and legal standards at all times.
- Provide regular reporting to senior management.
- Collaborate with construction teams, external project developers, and consultants to establish clear contract management systems.
- Analyze credit risks and provide executive summaries to authorized signatories.

### Required Skills and Qualifications
- Proven experience in project contract management.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Good understanding of credit, credit risk, and credit reports.
- Familiarity with construction contract law is preferred.
- Undergraduate degree in Business, Finance, or Engineering.
