About the Role
We are seeking a skilled Contract Administrator to join our team. As a Contract Administrator, you will be responsible for ensuring that all projects run smoothly and on schedule.
Key Responsibilities
- On-Site Leadership: Provide leadership during site visits and work closely with construction managers, contractors, sub-contractors, and client representatives to keep projects on track.
- Contract Mastery: Oversee change control procedures, manage contracts, and ensure adherence to building codes and safety regulations.
- Project Excellence: Play a critical role in delivering landmark projects, including public spaces, community developments, and institutional landmarks.
- Collaborative Innovation: Work alongside architects and production teams to manage change orders, RFIs, and other critical documentation.
- Meticulous Documentation: Take charge of project reporting, ensuring every change, update, and milestone is accurately documented and communicated to the project team.
Requirements
- Education: A Diploma/Certification in Architectural Technology or a related field.
- Experience: At least 4 years of experience in architecture, with a minimum of 2 years in contract administration, project coordination, or site work.
- Tech-Savvy: Experience with Revit and Microsoft Office Suite is a must.
- Team Player: Strong collaboration skills to work seamlessly with architects, project teams, and external stakeholders.
- Excellent Communication: Stellar presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
