We are seeking a skilled Mystery Shopper to join our team at Ipsos Limited Partnership. As a Mystery Shopper, you will be responsible for conducting secret shopping assignments to evaluate customer service and overall experience at various businesses.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct secret shopping assignments at assigned locations to gather data on customer service and overall experience.
- Evaluate and report on the quality of service, product offerings, and overall customer experience.
- Provide detailed and accurate reports on each assignment, including observations and recommendations for improvement.
- Meet productivity and quality standards for each assignment.
- Secondary (high) school graduation certificate.
- Full-time enrollment in a program of study.
- Own tools/equipment, including a cellular phone and internet access.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and observation skills.
- Ability to meet productivity and quality standards.
This is an on-the-road job, with assignments taking place at various locations. You will be required to work independently and as part of a team, and to meet productivity and quality standards.
